Dear Friends,

It would seem that we have made an error of judgement - dropped a clanger - backed the wrong horse - and generally got something wrong.  

It was true the most liked of the wines sampled at our last Cheese and Wine evening was apple-based, but it was a sparkling apple wine and not a cider.  Very few people have ventured to book for our Cheese and Cider evening  - one gallant Friend being prepared to book tickets as long as their own choice of drink could be brought with them.

So we are moving swiftly to rectify this mistake and are re-launching the event as a Cheese and Wine Evening.  All the other details remain the same:

Time:         6.00pm

Tickets : £20.00 a head
